Orders

An order is placed when you complete checkout. We'll confirm receipt by email. A contract is formed once we accept and dispatch your order — we reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or a price or listing error has occurred.

Personalisation and artwork

Where you supply a logo, design or artwork for printing or embroidery, you confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We may decline to print or embroider artwork we reasonably believe to be unlawful, infringing or inappropriate.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment providers.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders the same day when placed before our daily cutoff, with tracked delivery as standard. UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law. Subject to that, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order.
